 يعمل هذا المساق على التعريف بالكائنات الحية الدقيقة الموجودة في بيئة التربة والعوامل المختلفة التي تؤثر على نموها ونشاطها. كما يركز المساق على العلاقات بين الكائنات الحية الموجودة في التربة واعادة تدوير العناصر يوضح المساق امكانية الاستفادة من بعبض اكلائنات الحية الدقيقة في التربة في مجالات الزراعة ومعالجة الملوثات.

This course examines the metabolic and molecular diversity of microbial populations and in the soil and groundwater, their role in ""natural"" transformations, and potential importance in environment remediation.

It also focuses on ecology and diversity of microorganisms in soils. The course emphasis on factors controlling microbial activity and the role of microorganisms in organic matter decomposition and nutrient cycling.
